Warehouse Associate – ($17-20/hr.)

Chance Rides, LLC is currently seeking an Warehouse Associate to join the team.

Zipper with NEW open view seats at the New York State Fair with Wade Shows

Job Duties include (but not limited to):

Oversee the flow of production work orders in final assembly areas
Move parts to/from final assembly areas as needed
Monitor part shortages and develops parts shortage lists
Enter work order statuses, close out orders and make inventory adjustments using ERP system (Global Shop)
Expedite ship outs on spare parts orders
Keep operation manager, production manager, supervisors and employees informed regarding status and priority of work orders in final assembly areas
Pulling and picking of parts and helping in shipping and receiving areas
Other duties assigned by supervisor, as needed

Education and Experience:

Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience
High school diploma; associate’s degree preferred
Must have strong computer skills, including keyboarding for data entry and experience using MS Excel (ERP System – Global Shop a plus)
Strong communication and organizational skills are essential
Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions, work within production deadlines (i.e. overtime when needed), work independently with limited direct supervision, lift and carry at least 30 lbs, and able to become certified to drive a forklift
Proficiency reading blueprints and schematics a plus
Must be reliable, personable and have strong attention to detail
