Now is your time to help craft the surfaces, shapes, and details that make our rides iconic. We’re looking for a Prep & Paint Tech who takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and contributing to experiences that last a lifetime.

Job Duties include (but not limited to):

  • Paint steel and fiberglass parts of various shapes and sizes.
  • Perform bodywork duties, including prepping fiberglass and metal parts by filling, sanding, and smoothing surfaces.
  • Accurately mix paints, primers, and related materials according to specifications.
  • Operate forklift and paint line equipment as needed.
  • Assemble, operate, maintain, and clean spray painting equipment.
  • Ensure proper paint thickness and a high-quality finish.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

 Minimum Skills/Requirements:

  • 1 year of relevant bodywork, painting, and paint preparation experience or equivalent training preferred.
  • Ability to achieve consistent paint thickness and finish quality.
  • Prior experience with proportioning units and color mixing.
  • Previous forklift experience preferred.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, follow verbal and written instructions, and work independently.
  • High attention to detail with thorough inspection of finished work.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, respirator physical and fit test, drug screen, and background check.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting to 40 lbs.
