Chance Rides, LLC is currently seeking an experienced Bodyworker/Paint Prep to join the team.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepping fiberglass, steel, and aluminum ride components for finishing
- Sanding surfaces using orbital sanders, sanding blocks, and hand-finishing tools
- Filling seams, pinholes, and imperfections using a variety of fillers
- Ensuring surfaces are smooth, flawless, and ready for paint
- Inspecting your work with accuracy and a keen eye for detail
- Collaborating with a team that values craftsmanship, honesty, and supporting each other
- Keeping your workspace clean, safe, and organized
What You’ll Bring
- One year bodywork/paint prep experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and pride in doing the job right
- Ability to follow verbal instructions, stay on schedule, and work independently when needed
- Dependable, team-oriented attitude
- Able to pass a pre-employment physical, respirator physical and fit test, drug screen, and background check
