Fiberglass Layup Technician – (Starts at $20/hr.)

We’re currently looking for a Fiberglass Layup Technician who’s ready to get hands-on and help us turn creative concepts into stunning, real-world attractions.

• Learn our fiberglass processes through on-the-job training (we’ll teach you our magic).

• Lay up, chop, roll, form, and assemble fiberglass parts with precision using hand and power tools (think saws, drills, routers, choppers, and gel coat guns).

• Prepare fiberglass molds and bond together parts—yes, including those iconic carousel horses and other ride features.

• Jump in to help form and trim plastics or assist in other areas of production when needed.

• Work with a team of skilled craftspeople to meet production goals and deadlines while keeping safety and quality top of mind.

• Previous hands-on production, manufacturing, or construction experience.

• Comfortable and confident using hand and power tools.

• Trainable, dependable, and ready to learn the ropes (or in our case, the molds).

• Ability to follow verbal instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.

• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs., work in a warm environment, and pass respirator fit testing.

• Willing to work 1st shift with overtime as needed.

• No known allergies to fiberglass materials or resin.
