Parts Sales / Customer Service Representative – ($50 – 54k)
Chance Rides, LLC is currently seeking a Parts Sales / Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Chance Rides LLC manufactures a diverse line of amusement ride products that include trains, trams, carousels, thrill rides, observation wheels and roller coasters that are enjoyed all over the world. With 65 years of legacy and talent, our dedicated leadership, management and skilled workforce serve customers that include stand-alone attraction venues across the globe, large and regional theme parks, family entertainment centers, zoos and aquariums.
With a steady growth in business, we are currently looking for an experienced Parts Sales/Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Job Duties include (but not limited to):
- Take and respond to customer phone calls and emails with courtesy, urgency, and professionalism.
- Provides timely and accurate information to customer inquiries for parts pricing, availability, and order status.
- Enter sales orders via ERP system
- Provide technical help on our full line of products via phone/email.
- Manage back ordered parts (dates, addresses, colors, etc.)
- Work with purchasing and production to ensure on time delivery of parts.
- Generates weekly and monthly parts sales reports for management.
- Proactively conduct calls to clients/customers
Education and Experience:
- Associate degree preferred
- 2+ years’ experience in a parts/customer service role
- Ability to read technical parts manuals
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Experience using an ERP system (Global Shop preferred)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (email/telephone/in person)
Chance Rides Offers:
