Role: Project Manager
Reports to: Project Management Director
General Purpose:
The Project Manager is responsible for directing all phases of projects, from contract execution through delivery and installation, and is the primary customer contact to meet project objectives. This individual is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, budget control, and on-time completion ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals. This includes measurable performance to schedule, budget, customer satisfaction and leading a matrix team through successful project execution and completion.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:

- Ensures that projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget by leading multiple projects across various products with passion, accountability, and problem solving
- Coordinate internal and external resources for the successful execution of projects via measurable metrics and expectations
- Develops detailed project plans and schedules to track progress
- Manages relationships with clients and all stakeholders with highly effective and clear communication including written, verbal, and other means
- Performs risk management to minimize project risks and takes corrective actions either personally or with team with a sense of urgency
- Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation per internal and external requirements including schedules, financial performance, and customer communication via best practices and standardized processes including reports, status updates, and meeting leadership
- Promotes a positive, team environment on both the company and client side, balancing trust, rapport, and accountability
- Communicates effectively with clients to meet project scope and timeline deliverables while also identifying scope creep or change orders to capture revenue opportunities
- Collaborates with other Project Managers to develop and enhance company standard project management processes including Project Management software, ERP system, data management, methodologies, etc.
Education/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration) highly preferred; MBA a plus
- Minimum 3 years’ experience demonstrating successful management of challenging manufacturing projects
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and ever-changing priorities in a matrix organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team oriented with a positive, get-it-done attitude
- PMP certification a plus
- Strong proficiency in PM Software and tools; CAD experience a plus
- Amusement industry experience a plus
- Occasional domestic and/or international travel
