• Work with the engineering and design teams to resolve any assembly issues or challenges that arise during production.
• Follow established quality control procedures to ensure all parts and assemblies meet or exceed safety and assembly standards.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to safety protocols and company guidelines.
• Work closely with other technicians, engineers, and supervisors to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification in mechanical or industrial technology preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in fabrication and assembly; preferably in the amusement ride, automotive, or heavy equipment manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, materials, and fabrication techniques.
• Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks requiring standing, walking, bending, squatting, stooping, crouching and kneeling, for extended periods of time.

General Function: Reporting to the Engineering Vice President, the Quality Supervisor is responsible for ensuring manufactured products meet the established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance set by Chance Rides, LLC and customer specifications. The Quality Supervisor typically performs the duties listed below but is not necessarily limited to them. Job Responsibilities:

• Provide high energy leadership of, and mentorship for, quality team members while building a collaborative relationship with other departments
• Oversee the daily execution of the quality management system
• Manage and maintain required documentation for quality records
• Audit and assist training shop personnel and vendors ensuring work is performed and documented to requirements
• Oversee the inspection of incoming vendor components and internally manufactured parts
• Disposition rejected parts (NCMR) and document corrective action (CAR) in ERP system
• Review and approve Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) for finished rides
• Follow industry and government regulations concerning amusement ride manufacturing
• Work with state inspectors and ride safety officials to maintain required documentation of Chance built amusement rides
• Track key quality performance metrics and processes
• Promote continuous improvement and implement productivity projects, offsetting inflationary pressures
• Annual performance reviews for the quality department

Preferred Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or related technical field
• 3+ years of prior supervisor experience, with 7+ years working in a quality role
• Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification preferred
• Experience in overseeing a quality management system (TQM, Six Sigma, ISO, TS, Kaizen, etc.) in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with performing quality transactions and reports in an ERP system
• Must have a good understanding of budgets, business management and customer-supplier relationships
• Experience in automotive, heavy equipment, or aerospace quality systems a plus
• Experience with product safety a plus
• Knowledge of amusement ride operations, maintenance, AIMS, or NARRSO are preferred although not required
• Able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written communication
• Adequate computer skills including spreadsheet and word-processing applications

The Project Coordinator will ensure adherence to set timelines and budgets and frequently report on project progress. • Assist project manager(s) in project management functions and processes; support Engineering Manager(s) with open item tracking, owners, and deadlines
• Prepare, organize, and distribute all necessary project materials at kick-off and throughout projects
• Facilitate, develop, execute, and monitor project plans them from inception to completion in a collaborative team environment. Projects plans can be portions of a larger project or a complete project.
• Attend required or requested project meetings, turning important notes into rolling action item lists (RAIL) assigning dates and owners.
• Lead, own, and assist customers in defining final product selections, creative intent, and color schemes by required dates
• Create and manage task tracking methods to ensure customer and project needs are met
• Communicate pertinent information between management and staff including project metrics

• Collaborate on project presentations
• Analyze project data and generate customer facing progress reports
• Foster positive and productive client relationships via email, conversation, and visits

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree required
• 2+ years experience as a project coordinator or comparable role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Chance Rides, LLC manufactures a diverse line of amusement ride products including trains, trams, carousels, thrill rides, observation wheels and roller coasters that are enjoyed all around the world. We are currently seeking a Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, and maintain our extensive product line. Come grow with us!

Job Duties:

• Travel to customer locations (domestic and international) to install or troubleshoot with high regard to customer service and quality
• Install and service all Chance Rides equipment in accordance to drawings and engineered specifications
• Oversee installation projects onsite by delegating, communicating, training, organizing and facilitating effectively
• Follow safety guidelines at all times and report any violations to management
• Perform in-house assistance to various teams when not in the field
• Complete required installation paperwork and expense tracking online
• Other duties as assigned

Job Expectations:

• Work to improve systems, practices and expenses in regard to customer and field service

 Job Requirements:

• 3-6 years of mechanical/electrical service/install experience, overseeing assembly and/or installation of quality specialized products; amusement industry experience as a maintenance or electrical technician is preferred
• Proven understanding of electrical/mechanical applications, project management, and quality assurance programs
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (including weekends) 60-70% of the year and for extended periods of time is required
• Strong communication (oral and written), customer service, technical and troubleshooting skills
• Sound organizational skills, proven ability to delegate tasks, and experience with customer relations a must
• Strong computer and mobile device skills a plus
• Ability to manage on time arrival and as scheduled to job sites and to work within established guidelines and procedures
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record; valid passport (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings
• Familiar with ASTM safety standards a plus
• Ability to provide own basic hand and power tools
• Overall maintenance experience will be considered for this role

Function:         Project Management Role:                Project Management Director Reports to:     CEO General Purpose: Reporting directly to the CEO, the Project Management Director oversees the daily and strategic operations of the Project Management team, driving success in budgeting, system improvement, scheduling, and client communications. • Manage client expectations, balancing customer satisfaction with project goals, financial objectives, and overall company interests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the company’s strategic goals.
• Manage strategic projects by developing, prioritizing, and coordinating project work plans; ensuring project objectives are aligned with overall project goals and deliverables.
• Provide hands on project management for large business critical projects for key customers.
• Identify goals, success criteria, assumptions, risks, and known issues with the project; develop strategies to mitigate those risks and prioritize resolution of critical issues while maintaining profitability & schedule.
• Maintain a focus on safety, quality, customer experience, and sustainability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay abreast of current industry trends and new technology through professional associations, trade journals, networking, and associated training and seminars.
• Travel as required for projects and customer experience, installation, and support.

Preferred Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or other relevant advanced degree is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale manufacturing or product projects over $500k and managing teams.
• Management experience (hiring, firing, developing, evaluating team members).
• Experience in developing and implementing project management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication, diplomacy handling challenging situations with direct customer interaction, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of project management knowledge areas, tools, software (e.g. Wrike, Monday), and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under changing pressures and demands.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
• Experience in the amusement rides or large-scale heavy equipment manufacturing industries is preferred, as this role requires an understanding of complex engineering systems and client demands within these sectors.

Chance Rides manufactures diverse amusement ride products, including trains, trams, carousels, thrill rides, observation wheels and roller coasters that are enjoyed all over the world. With over 60 years of legacy and talent, our dedicated leadership, management and skilled workforce serves customers, including stand-alone attraction venues across the globe and large and regional theme parks, family entertainment centers, zoos and aquariums.

With a steady growth in business, we are currently looking for an experienced Parts Sales/Customer Service Representative to join our team. Job Duties include (but not limited to):

• Take and respond to customer phone calls and emails with courtesy, urgency, and professionalism.
• Provides timely and accurate information to customer inquiries for parts pricing, availability, and order status.
• Monitor and interact with E-commerce sales
• Enter sales orders via ERP system
• Provide technical help on our full line of products via phone/email.
• Manage back ordered parts (dates, addresses, colors, etc.)
• Work with purchasing and production to ensure on time delivery of parts.
• Generates weekly and monthly parts sales reports for management.
• Proactively conduct calls to clients/customers

Education and Experience:

• Associates degree preferred
• 2+ years’ experience in a parts/customer service role
• Ability to read technical parts manuals
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
• Experience using an ERP system (Global Shop preferred)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (email/telephone/in person)

• Cutting various types of metals per request of manufacturing work order
• Operating vertical band saws and cut-off saw
• Reading and interpreting drawings and/or blueprints
• Reading tape measure
• Fraction/decimal conversion
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment at all times

Skills/Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a manual saw operator
• Ability to differentiate between various metals (i.e. steel, aluminum, brass, etc.)
• Ability to proficiently read a tape measure to 1/16th of an inch as well as converting decimals to fractions
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work within deadlines, follow verbal, written and work order instructions and work independently or with a team
• Great attention to detail and thorough inspection of work
• Individual must reliable and punctual with the ability to work 1st shift and OT, as needed
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen and background check

Chance Rides, LLC is currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Assembler to join the team.

Requirements include (but not limited to):

• Must have good knowledge of mechanical and electrical assemblies.
• Must be mechanically inclined and highly skilled in using hand and power tools.
• Requires high attention to detail and ability to read blueprints.
• Candidate must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
• Candidate must be able to maintain 1st shift employment, work OT as needed, follow written and verbal instructions, work within production deadlines, work both independently and with a team of people, lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen and background check.

Preferred Skills: The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of heavy manufacturing assembly experience. Highly proficient with hand and power tools. Experience with crating and securing loads on flatbed trailers. Carpentry experience (using saws,nail guns, etc.) a definite plus. Chance Rides Offers:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Body & Paint Technician to be part of our unique industry. Primary Job Duties (including but not limited too):

• Paint steel and fiberglass parts of various shapes and sizes.
• Perform bodywork duties (prep fiberglass and metal parts by filling, sanding, etc.), as needed
• Mix all paint and bodywork related material
• Operate forklift and paint line as needed
• Assemble, operate, maintain and clean spray painting equipment
• Proper mixing of paint
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Minimum Skills/Requirements for Position:

• At least 3 years of relevant bodywork, painting and paint prep experience preferred
• Ability to achieve desired paint thickness
• Prior experience with proportioning units and mixing colors
• Previous forklift experience preferred
• Ability to work within deadlines, follow verbal instructions and work independently
• Great attention to detail and thorough inspection of work
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, respirator physical and fit test, drug screen and background check
