- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in fabrication and assembly; preferably in the amusement ride, automotive, or heavy equipment manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, materials, and fabrication techniques.
- Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Experience in overseeing a quality management system (TQM, Six Sigma, ISO, TS, Kaizen, etc.) in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with performing quality transactions and reports in an ERP system
- Must have a good understanding of budgets, business management and customer-supplier relationships
- Experience in automotive, heavy equipment, or aerospace quality systems a plus
- Experience with product safety a plus
- Knowledge of amusement ride operations, maintenance, AIMS, or NARRSO are preferred although not required
- Able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written communication

We are currently seeking a Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, and maintain our extensive product line. Come grow with us!
Job Duties:
- Travel to customer locations (domestic and international) to install or troubleshoot with high regard to customer service and quality
- Install and service all Chance Rides equipment in accordance to drawings and engineered specifications
- Oversee installation projects onsite by delegating, communicating, training, organizing and facilitating effectively
- Follow safety guidelines at all times and report any violations to management
- Perform in-house assistance to various teams when not in the field
- Complete required installation paperwork and expense tracking online
- Other duties as assigned
Job Expectations:

Job Requirements:
- 3-6 years of mechanical/electrical service/install experience, overseeing assembly and/or installation of quality specialized products; amusement industry experience as a maintenance or electrical technician is preferred
- Proven understanding of electrical/mechanical applications, project management, and quality assurance programs
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally (including weekends) 60-70% of the year and for extended periods of time is required
- Strong communication (oral and written), customer service, technical and troubleshooting skills
- Sound organizational skills, proven ability to delegate tasks, and experience with customer relations a must
- Strong computer and mobile device skills a plus
- Ability to manage on time arrival and as scheduled to job sites and to work within established guidelines and procedures
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record; valid passport (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings
- Familiar with ASTM safety standards a plus
- Ability to provide own basic hand and power tools
- Overall maintenance experience will be considered for this role

- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale manufacturing or product projects over $500k and managing teams.
- Management experience (hiring, firing, developing, evaluating team members).
- Experience in developing and implementing project management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication, diplomacy handling challenging situations with direct customer interaction, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of project management knowledge areas, tools, software (e.g. Wrike, Monday), and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under changing pressures and demands.

- Position will consist of on the job training for candidates with prior manufacturing/construction experience and a solid mix of learning processes and procedures along with operating hand and power tools.
- Individual will layup, chop, roll, form and/or assemble fiberglass parts using various hand tools (saws, drills, and routers), chopper and gel coat gun.
- Primarily, this person will be trained to prepare fiberglass molds and bond together parts to assemble carousel figures and other fiberglass parts.
- May also assist with the forming and trimming of plastics and any other areas within the department as needed
- Candidate should have previous production and/or construction experience using various hand tools (i.e. air tools, saws, drills, routers)
- Must be trainable, dependable and have the desire to learn the role
- Ability to follow verbal instructions, work efficiently and within production deadlines (both independently and on a team)
- Pass a respirator physical and fit test, lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

- Must be able to work 1st shift, wear proper PPE, work in a warm environment during the summer and work overtime as needed
